The problem
Employee records, attendance and leave end up in spreadsheets and chat messages. Approvals have no audit trail and monthly reporting has to be rebuilt by hand.
How it works
One system for attendance and leave. Staff clock in and out and request leave, managers approve from a queue, and admins see hours and leave reports. Access is enforced in the database by role, announcements and a company calendar keep everyone informed, and push notifications remind staff to check in.
