Overview
An internal control centre that brings distributed sales operations data into one monitored view, so the team stops reconciling numbers across systems.
The challenge
Operational data sat in several places at once. Tracking performance meant pulling exports from different systems and reconciling them by hand, which made reporting slow and easy to get wrong.
Our solution
We consolidated the operational data into a single store, built scheduled ingestion so it stays current, and put a control centre on top with monitoring views for the metrics the team manages day to day.
