Overview
A marketplace platform built for Eezystay covering listings, bookings, payments, host payouts and administration. It is configuration-driven, so the same codebase can be branded and set up for other operators.
The challenge
Operators either pay a percentage to an existing marketplace or run bookings through messages and spreadsheets. Neither gives them control of their own inventory, payments and guest data.
Our solution
We built a marketplace with separate guest, host and admin apps on one backend. Bookings are protected against double-booking, payments run through a provider layer with an auditable ledger, hosts are verified before payouts, and branding, theme, fees and content are all editable from the admin.
